On the hills of Nizza Monferrato, in the heart of the production of quality wines that have given fame to Piedmont and Italy, is the Cantina Il Botolo. Nizza Monferrato is identified as the “capital” of Barbera: this is the leading vine of these hilly expanses, a variety cultivated for over 500 years in the Piedmont area.
Colle Manora
