The Golf Academy Margara was born from the passion and experience of Emanuele Demichelis, Paolo "Pedro" Massiglia, and Paolo Pustetto, with the aim of putting the student at the center and transmitting not only a love for golf but also a unique and personalized teaching approach.

Meet Our Pros

Paolo "Pedro" Massiglia

A long-time professional at Margara, he has been teaching members and guests since 1997. Thanks to him, hundreds of golfers have been introduced to the sport for the first time and have enjoyed the beauty of Golf Club Margara.
As both a player and instructor, he has attended the world's best golf schools, including Denis Pugh, Michael Hebron, Butch Harmon, Jim McLean, David Leadbetter, Sean Foley, Rick Smith, and George Gankas. His continuous quest for improvement has allowed him to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies. Like a tailor crafting a bespoke suit, he ensures that each student develops a swing tailored to their abilities and physical characteristics.

Emanuele Demichelis

A professional since 2012, he began his journey in golf instruction at the early age of 19, after just six years as an amateur. During his first years as a teacher, he worked alongside Stefano Soffietti, a prominent figure in Italian golf.
Since 2014, he has been one of the coaches at Golf Academy Margara, where he primarily focuses on youth development, playing a fundamental role in nurturing young golfers.

Paolo Pustetto

Born in Padua in 1972, Paolo was part of the Italian national golf team from 1988 to 1992. In 1987, he won the National Cadet Championship and two official F.I.G. tournaments.
Turning professional in 1993, he played full-time on the Challenge Tour until 1997. In 1999, he joined the Club Med Team alongside Rocca and Canonica, but due to severe back issues, he had to leave professional competition and dedicate himself to coaching.
In 2007, he earned a Master's in Golf Management from F.I.G. and participated in various coaching conferences across Europe. From 2011 to 2018, he was a federation coach for youth golf development.
In 2021, he became a member of the George Gankas Golf Team, known for its innovative teaching methods. That same year, he co-founded Global Sports Management Int. LLC, a Florida-based agency specializing in university scholarships and professional golf management.
